The deliveries of the products are slowly resuming again after months of COVID-19 lockdown. Every day, things are opening up more and more, and that is undoubtedly good news for the world and mainly for our customers. The packages, however, are still moving at a slower pace than it usually moves due to the current pandemic situation. The expected delivery of the shipped orders is around 14 to 30 days.

Recently shipped orders

You can expect delivery of the shipped products in around 14 to 30 days for orders from the US, the UK, and Australia. The package you have ordered should arrive sooner; however, it may take a little longer since all departing packages will have to remain in India for the next cargo flight for a period of 7 days. Then, the parcels will be dispatched overseas, and after two weeks, they will be scanned at the first local airport.

Besides, we have been notified that there is a serious delay at the Chicago port; hence your package might arrive a little late than expected due to a number of FDA, custom officers, and USPS postal inspectors workforce has been reduced to nearly 70%. Clearance at customs is a mandatory procedure for the packages crossing borders between the countries. It generally takes around 2-3 days, but because of the COVID pandemic situation, it may take up to 4 weeks if there is a delay at the customs. Hence, you may experience some delay in receiving your package. Unfortunately, the delivery time of the products is completely out of our hands because of the pandemic crisis.

Orders Shipped Earlier

If you have ordered a product between April and July and have not yet received your parcel, kindly use your local postal provider website for more precise tracking updates. Your order is in Transit and presumably has already arrived in your country. You shall receive your package in a few days’ time if your orders have already passed customs.

If a tracking number has been provided to you, it means that your package has been successfully shipped and the order status is in Transit. The Order Information might not appear in the tracking system unless the shipment reaches your local post office; hence it may show you things like “Unknown,” “Pending,” Not Found,” and “Tracking Does Not Exist.” During the pandemic issue, tracking updates might not be available at all as postal suppliers optimize and speed-up their process worldwide by skipping the scanning of packages.

We are still encountering delays in international shipments from India and Singapore due to limited flights, social distancing requirements, and an increase in the parcel volume. Technically, these delays are unavoidable. We request you to understand this situation, and we apologize for it. The current predicament is new for the entire world, and fatefully, we all are affected by it in one way or the other.  Amid this COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, our prayer and sympathy go for all those affected by the viral infection.
