We have adopted two shipment methods – regular and express shipment. The former takes approximately 10 to 12 business days to ship the products while the latter takes around 5 to 7 business days. All orders are processed are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours once the order is placed. Orders placed on Sundays are processed and shipped on Monday. You will receive a confirmation email with product details and order tracking number as soon as your order is confirmed. Once the order or confirmed and/or processed, it cannot be cancelled. Re-shipment can be done if you will not be present to collect the parcel. However, re-shipment charges need to be paid by you.

Cancellation can be processed if the order is not confirmed from our end. We generally confirmed and processed the shipping within 24 hours of order placement. Any cancellation requests made after 24 hours of order placement cannot be entertained.

  • A customer can get 100% refund if the delivery is not made as promised.
  • Refund can be claimed if the parcel reaches you in torn or damaged state. In such scenarios, we request our customers to share images of the parcel with our customer care team so that the further can be taken.
  • Total bill amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled before its confirmation.
  • Refund cannot be claimed, if the parcel is delivered to wrong address provided by the customer.
  • Refund is not provided if the delivery is delayed due to natural calamities.
